This Month's Featured Piece
Every La Señorita bag begins as raw buri palm, hand-stripped and woven by artisans in the provinces using a technique passed down through generations. Once the weave is finished, it travels to our resident painter, who studies the strands like a canvas and hand-paints every petal, leaf, and fold of fabric freehand — no two are ever identical.
The woman on her front panel is a tribute to the elegant Filipinas of old — wide-brimmed hats, quiet grace, always dressed for the province and the plaza alike. She's surrounded by bird-of-paradise blooms, a nod to the tropical gardens that inspire our entire collection.
